No mounting bolts are included. I was the second owner and got from original who never used it. The front edge mounting plates are loose and must be secured to match your car for a perfect fit. Place a bid or buy only if you re serious about buying the item.

It has never been polished or waxed. There are no obvious scratches or any damage. This panel has never been installed and is in virtually new condition. I never used it either and put in storage now has emerged into the light of day.
