Towards the mounting bracket in top of panel there is a small crack that separating. All the mount holes are in good condition. P/N correct for Corvettes the fiberglass piece attaches to inner rear roof panel above seat inside cabin, along front side of t-top hoop.

The mounting bracket plate is still firmly attached has surface rust throughout.

This is a fairly -top roof panel for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below. The threads for mounting are in good condition.

The panel is original Gm black fiberglass.
