There are also some small dings in a couple areas. P/N correct for Corvette convertibles this pin mounts to the soft top rear bow, and is received by deck lid latch. The teeth of pin are nice and sharp.
The chrome shows some tiny pimples in a few places, but there are no bubbles or areas that have flaked off. This is a top guide pin for your Corvette, please look at the pictures below.
It shows some spots of haziness, however this can be buffed out.
The mount holes are in good condition, there is no mounting hardware included. Based on the condition of this pin, it does not appear to have ever been mounted a vehicle. However, it does show signs of shelf wear from being stored without any kind packaging.
It is difficult to say what caused this, may have been an area that did not get fully chromed when was manufactured.
On the underside of pin, it shows some discoloration around one mount holes.
